In light of the recent issues with Google Chrome and Paypal not coexisting peacefully, I’m trying out Amazon Payments as an alternative for users interested in purchasing software.
The Amazon Simple Pay widget creator does not allow for collecting an email address directly from the user. Â During testing, Amazon simply sends me an email with the information they have on file for the account that made the purchase.
Please make sure you have a valid email address listed on your account or I will not be able to send out a serial code. Â
We’ll try this for a bit and see if it works out. Â If not, I’ll just go back to using Paypal exclusively for payments. Â Please get in touch if you notice any glitches that need unglitching.
